1: Bombs skip -> early PB

2: Phantoon

3: Save + reload from ship

4: x-ray -> kraid -> "xice wrong warp"

5: Pre-Botwoon OoB skip

6: X-ray climb up the door after botwoon till you can walk,
   then crouch 7 times.

7: Run to other side of room until you see the door.

8: Use water rising and going down as a sound cue.

9: Start running right without run button once you hear water sound

10: On 10th water sound, press the run button aswell and you will fall back to room
    near right side door, open it with diagonal aim or jump and shoot down / up

11: X-ray climb and skip next room (run right , you will fall twice. after that, 
    run past screen 8 times and then fall back to room @ top right

12: Skip colosseum with x-ray climb with 50% probability wraparound to savestation other side

13: Draygon

14: Leftwards door x-ray climb up and save

15: Do colosseum inbounds (includes really hard walljump)

16: X-ray climb the next room up, fall down from left side and try to enter the door to sand room (50% probability)

17: If you success, run and do few jumps left, shoot botwoons door open with diagonal shot or jump + shot down / up

18: Save near snail room

19: Fall to left sandpit and do eterniseddragon's sick minidraygon d-boost method to escape back to brinstar

20: Head to norfair

21: You will notice you havent bombs and cant process but no problem: use eterniseddragon's
    walljump-morph damageboost from nova

22: Enter lower norfair from back door with x-ray climb near bubble mountain

23: Kill ridley (at the way back be sure to have 5 powerbombs or you will end stuck)

24: Head to maridia glass tube save room

25: Reset + load save

26: Enter xice wrong warp from below with unmorph

27: X-ray climb the wall up till you can move

28: Start going right with morphball for about 10 seconds, then unmorph and do small jumps about 5-7 times

29: Drop powerbomb + hold right

30: Hold right for about 5 seconds

31: Do small jump and fast morph + hold right @ midair

32: Hold right for about 10 seconds

33: Do small jumps to right about 5-7 times and soon you will hit another wrong warp

34: X-ray climb up , samus will soon appear from ground

35: Head to maridia back door

36: Use eterniseddragon's ball d-boost + powerbomb jump method to clear the eastern ocean

37: Refill completely

38: Head to tourian with maxed ammo and health

39: Save + reload at tourian save station

40: Leftwards door climb in the first metroid room

41: Once you can move right / left, morph and start holding right till you hear yourself fall

42: Go right as far as you can (requires few jumps on the way)

43: Switch charge off, hold shoot and left till you hear 4 shots

44: Stop 

45: Do spinjump left and turn right almost instantly, do walljump from right side small wall
    and then hold right again and morph

46: Repeat the previous process again (this time walljump is not required, a standard jump will give enough height)

47: On the third time, repeat same thing but after you jump up after 4 shots, carefully move towards the door 
    while doing small jumps so you can see samus

48: Just before you touch the door from OoB, do spinjump over it to right

49: After you fall down hold left for 2 seconds

50: Do high jump up and small tap left

51: Try holding left, if you hit transition, you just managed to skip metroid room 1.
    If not, do another high jump up and small tap left and then hold left again (this time it should work).

52: You have to get 1 powerbomb drop from one of the 2 metroids in metroid room 2. If not, reset console
    and repeat steps from 40-51

53: Head back to 1st tourian save room and try to avoid 1st metroid room's metroids on the trip back

54: Save and reset console.

55: Create new file and play all the way to green brinstar 1st save station.

56: Save and reset console

57: Reload brinstar save

58: Die in fireflies room

59: Press No at the death menu

60: Load 12% save file

61: Skip metroid room 1 like you did before

62: Now next step is to skip metroid room 3 which is too hard to explain (you have to run right past 3 copies of the room
    and then enter the right side door from above it

63: You will spawn right in metroid's mouth. Kill metroids from metroid room 4.

64: Head to mother brain save station

65: Save and reset console

66: Load another save file from ship and die to gauntlet room's acid

67: Press Yes at the death menu, but cancel after wards by pressing B twice

68: Select 12% save file

69: Skip zebetites with x-ray climb -> fall back to room. Total of 29 crouches are required and you can take
    max 4 hits from rinkas.

70: After you success, avoid rinkas at all costs since you need at least 301 health before mother brain fight starts.
