I'm writing this paste because recently a sunshine runner called Halqery was added to the leaderboards, he is known for lying about his times in the past, and was previously removed from the leaderboards. I would like him removed again for the following reasons: It is disrespectful to other runners who have worked hard for their times when you just lie your way to the top instead of working for good times. It makes cheating seem more enticing to someone wanting to lie about their time when they know that the community will let them be on the leaderboards again eventually. It does not motivate others to join a community with cheaters involved, and is bad publicity for the community. Q: Halqery apologized about what he has done in the past, don't you want to give him another chance? A: No, I have zero tolerance for anyone who has cheated. He had his chance, and he ruined it. Q: Do you have anything against Halqery? A: I have nothing against Halqery, just his actions. Background on Halqery's lies: The first time he ever submitted to the leaderboards was a fake 79 shines world record. He said that his friends submitted the time and not him, seems sketchy but I guess I will believe it as long as he doesn't want the time on the leaderboards. Later, claimed he got a 1:21 in a time where a 1:21 would have been top ten, saying things like "Add me to the leaderboards I'll upload the video soon!" We added him to the leaderboards and waited for video to come out. After awhile people started wondering what happened to the video and many were skeptical. He started making excuses about the video saying that the quality was poor, and later claimed to have deleted his video. This was not just a one time lie either, he went on for months trying to make us believe his 1:21 was real! He streamed and the best times he could get were 1:29s! He said he was just rusty. When questioned about other times he had submitted like his 120 shines PB he admitted to lying saying, "I could easily get that time if I did a run." I hope this paste makes you think twice about giving cheaters a second chance and will make you consider removing him again. Thanks for reading
